Seasalter stretches west of Whitstable along the Faversham Road, with the marshes on one side and the beach on the other. The Sportsman pub sits right out on the sea wall.
There are bungalows, chalets and holiday parks here, as well as homes up on Joy Lane. Holiday lets need EICRs. The sea air gets into outside fittings too, so we fix a lot of damp faults and tripping outdoor lights.
